1. Application Scope

This application is for internal use only. It is designed to help our organization monitor and analyze content performance from our official YouTube and TikTok channels. The application is not available to the public and is not used by third-party end users.

2. Information We Access

We only access read-only data from authenticated official channels via their respective APIs:

YouTube Data:

• Channel-level metrics: subscribers, views, estimated watch time, audience demographics
• Video-level metrics: views, likes, comments, engagement, impressions
• Public comments for our own videos

TikTok Data:

• Profile metrics: followers, video count, total likes
• Video-level metrics: views, likes, shares, comments, engagement
• Demographics and audience insights

We do not collect, store, or share any personal or private data from other users or accounts.

3. How We Use the Data

All accessed data is used for the following purposes:

• Monitoring performance of videos
• Understanding audience behavior and engagement
• Improving our content and channel strategy
• Visualizing insights in a private dashboard

Data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or made public.

4. Authentication and Security

We use OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely access channel data, with access_type=offline where applicable to sync periodically. Tokens and data are securely stored and encrypted. Only authorized internal personnel have access to this data.

5. User Control

As the only user of this internal tool is the channel owner/administrator, no third-party user accounts are involved.

6. Third-Party Services

This app uses the following official APIs:

• YouTube Data API v3
• YouTube Analytics API v2
• TikTok Business API (or TikTok Creator API depending on access level)
• Tiktok Developer API

We comply with the respective API Terms of Service and Platform Policies of Google and TikTok.

7. Data Retention

We only retain analytics data for the purpose of trend analysis within our private dashboard. Data is stored securely and is not retained beyond the necessary period of performance monitoring.
